UX Designer (Wolfsburg/Berlin, DE)

Responsibilities:

  • Designing UX and design concepts as well as supporting the agile development of digital mobility services of the Volkswagen brand
  • Development of state-of-the-art UX flows, wireframes, visual design and prototypes, application of service design concepts and methods
  • Analyze customer needs and customer behavior through user research
  • Responsible for the requirements of the product roadmap from the UX point of view
  • Collaborate and engage with other stakeholders in the design process to align design features and functionality with a consistent user experience

Requirements:

  • Successful education and / or successfully completed studies in the field of Design, UX, Interaction Design, Human Factors or comparable qualification
  • Experience in prototyping, the visualization of ideas and concepts (digital and on paper) and in the design of digital products
  • Professional handling of design and prototyping software (eg Sketch, Flinto, Adobe Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of current trends, methods and technologies in UX design and / or service design
  • Very good German and English knowledge in spoken and written
  • High analytical competence and user-centric work
  • Team spirit, the desire for interdisciplinary cooperation and a high degree of personal initiative
